What is ECO?

A prefix mostly relating to ecological or environmental terms. (from Wikipedia.org.)

Eco describes a sub-social group of people who are passionate about the environment. Like any other social group Ecos are identified by their group behavior, clothing styles, and in some cases dogma or activism. Related sub-social groups are Hippies and New Agers. (from Urban Dictionary).

A person who is in touch with the environment or just weird. Usually hugs trees and has no friends. (from Urban Dictionary. Again.)

It is considered toady very hip to add the word ECO to practically anything. We have the ECO fashion, ECO travel, ECO lifestyle, ECO products and of course the ECO blogs. Naturally, the ECO blogs publish the latest ECO news. They do it sometimes a few times a day. And we - enjoy reading it.
After all in the green world something interesting happens every day!
